Monday.  A stay at home day.  We were tired from our trip to Amboise so we slept in and were very lazy.  We didn't even go to the boulangerie!  We had leftover baguette so we sliced it up and toasted it for breakfast.  

We read and I blogged and we watched some TV.  I washed a load of clothes.  Just normal stuff.  We took showers and cleaned up and decided to have cocktails.  It seems we do our best planning over cocktails and we talked a lot about how lovely this trip has been and what we want to do next.  We are big planners and find that if we don't starting planning early, it just never happens!

Douglas had given us some leftover baked beans from Saturday night's dinner so I heated them up and put them over brown rice.  We had a bake-at-home baguette that David calls an "emergency baguette" and we had that with our beans and rice.  Delicious comfort food.

We went to bed fairly early because we were taking a trip on Tuesday!  We seem to be traveling more than I expected we would but with the bonus of having a car for a few days, we feel like we should take advantage of it!
